The demisting/de-icing will still take
priority over the air recirculation.
In some situations (high humidity,
low temperature, etc.) air recircula-
tion is not activated automatically, to
ensure visibility remains the priority
(ventilation is maintained using air
from the outside).

If you activate air quality system
when driving in an urban or indus-
trial area, the air recirculation will
run for longer, which may cause
condensation to form on the win-
dows.
With this system activated, press
button 2 to remove it.
Drive using normal operation (out-
side air) and switch the air condi-
tioning system on to ensure good
visibility on a day where a lot of con-
densation is likely to form.

Press button 15. The integrated indica-
tor light comes on.
The sensor located at the air intake de-
tects atmospheric pollution, which au-
tomatically switches air recirculation on
or off, depending on the ambient level
of gas.
Press button 15 again or press button 2
or 16 to stop this function.

Pressing button 16 activates air recir-
culation mode (the integrated indicator
comes on):
during recirculation, air is taken from
the passenger compartment and re-
cycled, with no air being taken from
outside the vehicle;
air recirculation allows the external
atmosphere to be cut off (when driv-
ing in polluted areas, etc.).
Prolonged use of this position may lead
to odours, caused by non-renewal of
air, and the formation of condensation
on the windows.
It is therefore recommended to return to
normal operation (outside air) by press-
ing button 14.
