Manual gearbox differential bearing: Removal - Refitting

JRX, and JR5 – JAX – JHX

REFITTING OPEN DIFFERENTIAL

GEARBOX BEARINGS

JH type on crownwheel side

Refit the bearing using the press and the (Bvi. 1059)

(9) using the external bearing bush as a support

JH type on sunwheel side

Refit the bearing using a tube with a diameter of 65

mm (11) .

Refit a new lock ring on the bearing.

The bearing's sealing race (10) must be facing

the side opposite the crownwheel
