Shafts and synchronisers: Refitting

JRX, and JR5 – JAX – JHX

GEARBOX WITH OPEN DIFFERENTIAL

Simultaneously position the input and output shafts

fitted with the first-second fork (13) (14) (15) .

Refit the inhibitor shafts (16) .

Gently lift the input and output shafts and fit the third-

fourth fork.

Pin the fork using tool (Bvi. 949) (17) .

Fit the reverse gear shaft (18) while raising the input

shaft.
